Step 1: Explore

This is probably the step you’re in right now. You somehow found us on the worldwide web, and you’re exploring our site to see our portfolio of beautiful blooms, figure out how this whole floral thing works and how much it all costs, and determine if we’re a good fit for each other. That’s awesome! Make sure you read this page to learn how event florals work.

Step 2: Inquire

This is the official way to let us know you’re interested in learning more and would like to get more information from us about our services. This is a pretty simple form that tells us who you are, the date of your event, and how we can contact you with next steps. It shouldn’t take too long, but is the way to officially connect and get in our queue to see if we are available for your big day.

Step 3: Consultation Q&A

Once we get your inquiry form, we’ll check to make sure we are available for your date, and will send you our consultation Q&A form. This is a longer questionnaire to better understand your personal story, your vision for your event, and get a sense for what flowers will best suit you.

Step 4: Design Recommendation

After you submit your questionnaire, we’ll pull together a design recommendation outlining options that best suit your venue, your budget, and your style. This is preliminary and is intended to ensure we’re on the same page and we typically review this during a video call or in-person so we ensure we’ve got it just right.

Step 5: Proposals and Contracts

This is where the super fun official part happens (ha). We send a formal proposal, invoice, and contract. You review all that paperwork, we make any agreed upon changes, and you submit your 20% retainer fee so we block off your date!

Step 6: Planning Session

Six weeks prior to your big day we’ll meet (ideally in person at your venue) to run through all the details, review any changes to logistics, and finalize your design plan and quantities. This is typically when your final payment will be collected too.

Step 7: Your Wedding Day

Our team has all the details covered and will be on site managing the delivery, set-up, and strike following your event. And we promise, your flowers will be unforgettable!
